Welcome to city4d. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "Player", "You") and city4d (the "Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of all services provided at https://city4d.cam, including sports betting, togel (numbers lottery), live casino games, slot games, and all payment and account management features. By registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on city4d, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. 2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on city4d, accessing the Platform, placing any wager, or using any service provided by city4d, you expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. These Terms apply to all Members, regardless of geographic location within Indonesia, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

3. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on city4d, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. city4d operates a strict age verification policy. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (KTP or passport) as part of the KYC process. Accounts found to be registered by individuals under 21 will be closed immediately, and all funds forfeited.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. By registering, you confirm that you are not prohibited from gambling by any legal, regulatory, or contractual obligation.
• Residency: city4d services are intended for residents of Indonesia. You confirm that you are physically located in Indonesia at the time of registration and at all times when accessing the Platform. Use of VPN, proxy servers, or other tools to mask your location is strictly prohibited.
• One Account Per Person: Each Member is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account on city4d. Duplicate accounts, multiple accounts under different names, or accounts created to abuse bonuses or promotions will result in immediate closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of all balances and winnings.
• No Prohibited Persons: You confirm that you are not listed on any government or regulatory exclusion list, nor are you subject to any legal prohibition on gambling activity. You further confirm that you are not an employee, affiliate, or contractor of city4d or any of its service providers.

city4d reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, address, and payment method ownership at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days of request may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an account on city4d, you must complete the registration form with accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID), date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. All information provided must be truthful and verifiable. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

4.2 Username and Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. city4d will never ask you to disclose your password via email, phone, or any other communication channel. You agree to notify city4d immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. city4d is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account credentials, except where such loss is directly caused by a breach of security on our part.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

Before your first withdrawal request can be processed, you must complete KYC verification by submitting a clear, legible copy of a government-issued photo identification document (Indonesian KTP or passport) and proof of ownership of the bank account or e-wallet registered to your city4d account. KYC verification typically takes 24 to 48 hours. Accounts that have not completed KYC may be subject to withdrawal limits or temporary suspension.

4.4 Account Suspension and Closure

city4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at our sole discretion if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• You have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or collusive behavior;
• You have used the Platform for money laundering or other illegal activity;
• You have registered multiple accounts or allowed third parties to access your account;
• You have failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Your account activity poses a risk to the security or integrity of the Platform.

Upon account closure, any remaining Balance will be returned to you via the payment method on file, minus any bonus funds, pending wagers, or amounts subject to investigation. city4d is not required to provide advance notice of account closure in cases involving suspected fraud or Terms violations.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

city4d accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum deposit limit, although individual payment methods may impose their own limits.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are credited to your Account Balance instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider. city4d does not charge any fees for deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. You are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be rejected and returned.

5.3 Withdrawal Requests

Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time via your account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, unless an alternative method is approved by city4d support. Standard withdrawal processing time is under 5 minutes for verified accounts. First-time withdrawals may take up to 24 hours while KYC verification is completed.

5.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

city4d reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawals in the following circumstances:

• Your account has not completed KYC verification;
• There are active bonus wagering requirements that have not been fulfilled;
• Your account is under investigation for suspected fraud, abuse, or Terms violations;
• The withdrawal amount exceeds limits imposed by your payment provider;
• You have requested a withdrawal to a payment method not previously used for deposit, and additional verification is required.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds become withdrawable. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30×) applied to the combined total of the deposit and bonus amount. For example, if you deposit Rp 100.000 and receive a 100% bonus of Rp 100.000, you must wager a total of Rp 6.000.000 (30 × Rp 200.000) before the bonus balance can be withdrawn.

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10% to 20%, and live dealer games may contribute 5% to 10%. Bets placed on games with an RTP above 98% or bets hedged across multiple outcomes (e.g., betting on red and black in roulette) do not count toward wagering requirements.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

city4d employs automated systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly, coordinated betting with other players to guarantee profit, using betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements without risk, or any other activity that undermines the spirit of the promotion. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be closed, and all funds and winnings forfeited.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses must be claimed and wagering requirements completed within the specified validity period, typically 14 to 30 days from the date of activation. Unused bonuses and any winnings derived from them will expire and be removed from your account upon expiry. city4d is not obligated to extend bonus validity periods or reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Acceptance of Bets

All wagers placed on city4d are subject to acceptance by the Platform. city4d reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at our sole discretion, particularly in cases where we suspect fraud, technical error, or where the bet was placed after the outcome of an event was already known. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed in your betting history, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled or amended.

7.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets on city4d cover football (including BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and international competitions), badminton, basketball, volleyball, MotoGP, E-sports, and other sports as available. All bets are settled according to the official result as determined by the relevant governing body of the sport. In cases where a match is abandoned, postponed, or moved to a different venue, bets will be settled according to the specific market rules published in our sportsbook.

Asian Handicap (voor) bets, Over/Under totals, and mix parlay (accumulator) bets are subject to their own specific settlement rules. If a selection in a mix parlay is voided due to match postponement, that selection will typically be settled at odds of 1.00, and the parlay will continue with the remaining selections. Maximum payout limits apply to all sports bets and vary by sport and market type.

7.3 Togel Rules

Togel (numbers lottery) markets on city4d cover daily draws from Singapore (SGP), Hongkong (HK), Sydney (SDY), and other jurisdictions. Bets can be placed on 4D, 3D, 2D, Colok Bebas, Colok Jitu, and other traditional togel bet types. All draws are conducted by the official lottery operators in each jurisdiction, and city4d has no control over draw results. Results are published on the Platform immediately after each official draw. Bets are settled based on the official published result only. Disputes regarding draw results must be directed to the official lottery operator, not to city4d.

7.4 Casino Games and RTP

city4d's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your account in the 90 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless city4d, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or regulation, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming services in the jurisdiction in which city4d operates. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be resolved through the following process:
