21+ ONLY

Your Safety Tools

city4d offers a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools to help you manage your play, set limits, and take breaks when needed.

Deposit Limits

Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced — not increased — without a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period. This ensures you never deposit more than you can afford to lose.

Loss Limits

Define a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month. Once the limit is reached, your betting access is automatically paused for the remainder of the period. You retain full account access to view history and contact support, but placing new wagers is disabled until the limit resets.

Session Time Alerts

Configure alerts to notify you when you have been playing for a set duration (30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, etc.). Regular breaks are an effective responsible gambling habit. Use this tool to remind yourself to step away, stretch, and reassess before continuing play.

Self-Exclusion

Request a temporary cool-off period (24 hours, 48 hours, 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, or 6 weeks) or a permanent self-exclusion at any time. During exclusion, your account is locked and you cannot deposit, bet, or access promotional material. Contact support to initiate self-exclusion.

Reality Check

Enable periodic pop-up notifications showing your net win/loss position for the current session, total time spent, and number of bets placed. Reality checks promote financial awareness mid-play and help you make informed decisions about whether to continue or stop.

Activity History

Access a complete, transparent history of all your bets, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses claimed, and session durations. Use this data to track your gambling behavior over time and identify patterns that may indicate you are spending more than intended.

Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming

At city4d, we believe gambling should always be entertainment, never a financial solution. While the majority of our members enjoy sports betting, togel, casino games, and slots without issue, we recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic. We are committed to providing a safe environment where every member has the tools and support they need to gamble responsibly.

city4d operates under a strict 21+ age policy. All members must verify their age through KYC (Know Your Customer) checks before withdrawals are approved. We employ automated systems to detect underage gambling attempts, duplicate accounts, and other forms of abuse. If you are under 21, you are not permitted to register or use city4d under any circumstances.

Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to create an account, deposit funds, or place wagers on city4d. Underage gambling is illegal and strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.

Recognizing Problem Gambling

Problem gambling occurs when betting or gaming activities begin to negatively affect your life, finances, relationships, work, or mental health. It is important to recognize the warning signs early and seek help if you or someone you know is experiencing gambling-related harm. Common indicators of problem gambling include:

  • Spending more money or time gambling than you can afford. Chasing losses by placing larger bets or depositing additional funds in an attempt to recover previous losses.
  • Gambling interferes with work, family, or social responsibilities. Missing important events, neglecting relationships, or being late to work due to gambling activity.
  • Lying about gambling activity or hiding it from family and friends. Feeling the need to conceal the extent of your gambling from loved ones.
  • Borrowing money, selling possessions, or using savings intended for other purposes to fund gambling. Financial strain caused by gambling losses.
  • Feeling anxious, irritable, or depressed when you are not gambling. Using gambling as an escape from negative emotions or stress.
  • Neglecting self-care, health, or personal hygiene due to excessive gambling. Gambling sessions that extend for many hours without breaks for sleep, meals, or other basic needs.
  • Failed attempts to cut down or stop gambling. Repeatedly promising yourself or others that you will stop, but being unable to follow through.

If any of these signs sound familiar, it is important to take action. city4d offers self-exclusion tools, deposit limits, and direct access to support resources. Remember, seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness.

How to Stay in Control

Responsible gambling is about making informed choices and setting boundaries before you start playing. city4d recommends the following best practices to help you stay in control:

  • Set a budget before you play. Decide how much money you can afford to lose and stick to that amount. Never gamble with money needed for rent, bills, food, or other essentials. Use city4d's deposit limit tool to enforce your budget automatically.
  • Set a time limit. Decide in advance how long you will play and set a session timer. When the timer goes off, stop playing and take a break. Gambling should not consume your entire day.
  • Never chase losses. If you lose money, accept the loss and move on. Do not deposit more funds or place larger bets in an attempt to win back what you lost. Chasing losses is one of the most common patterns in problem gambling.
  • Take regular breaks. Step away from your screen every 30 to 60 minutes. Use this time to stretch, drink water, and reassess whether you want to continue playing. Regular breaks help you maintain perspective and avoid impulsive decisions.
  • Do not gamble when you are upset, stressed, or intoxicated. Emotional or impaired decision-making leads to poor betting choices. Only gamble when you are calm, clear-headed, and making rational decisions.
  • Keep gambling separate from other activities. Do not gamble at work, during family time, or while driving or operating machinery. Gambling should be a dedicated leisure activity, not something that interferes with your daily life.
  • Track your spending and time. Use city4d's activity history feature to review your deposits, withdrawals, and session durations weekly or monthly. Awareness of your gambling patterns is the first step to maintaining control.
  • Talk to someone. If you are worried about your gambling, speak to a trusted friend, family member, or professional counselor. Keeping concerns bottled up makes the problem worse.
Quick Tip: The 1% Rule

A safe guideline is to never risk more than 1% of your monthly income on gambling in a single session. For example, if your monthly income is Rp 10.000.000, limit your gambling sessions to Rp 100.000 or less. This ensures that even a complete loss will not impact your financial stability.

Getting Help and Support

If you believe your gambling is negatively affecting your life, relationships, or finances, professional help is available. city4d recommends contacting the following organizations for confidential support, counseling, and treatment referrals:

  • Into The Light Indonesia — intothelightid.org — Offers mental health support and addiction counseling services for Indonesians.
  • National Addiction Helpline Indonesia — Call 021-500-454 for 24/7 telephone counseling (available in Bahasa Indonesia).
  • Gamblers Anonymous — www.gamblersanonymous.org — A global peer-support network with meetings in major Indonesian cities including Jakarta, Surabaya, and Bali.
  • BeGambleAware — www.begambleaware.org — International resource providing information, advice, and support for problem gamblers and their families.

You can also contact city4d's customer support team 24/7 via live chat, email (support@city4d.cam), or WhatsApp (+62 811 0000 4444). Our support agents can assist you with activating self-exclusion, setting deposit or loss limits, and providing referrals to professional help services.

Self-Exclusion Policy

Self-exclusion is a voluntary program that allows you to restrict your access to city4d for a set period or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, your account is locked and you cannot deposit, place bets, claim bonuses, or access promotional communications. You retain the ability to log in to view your account history and contact support, but all gambling functionality is disabled.

To request self-exclusion, contact city4d's support team via live chat, email, or WhatsApp and specify the duration you wish to exclude yourself (24 hours, 48 hours, 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, 6 weeks, or permanent). Your request will be processed immediately, and you will receive email confirmation once the exclusion is active. If you choose permanent self-exclusion, your account will be closed permanently and cannot be reopened under any circumstances.

During a temporary self-exclusion period, you will not receive marketing emails, SMS, or push notifications from city4d. Once the exclusion period expires, your account will automatically reopen and you will regain full access. If you wish to extend your self-exclusion before it expires, contact support at any time.

Important: Self-Exclusion Is Binding

Once a self-exclusion period begins, it cannot be canceled or reversed until the full duration has elapsed. Even if you change your mind or ask support to reopen your account early, we will not do so. This policy is designed to protect you during moments of vulnerability.

Support for Family and Friends

Problem gambling does not only affect the individual gambler — it also impacts family members, friends, and loved ones. If someone you care about is struggling with gambling addiction, you can help by:

  • Starting a conversation. Approach the topic with empathy and concern, not judgment. Let them know you are worried and that you are there to support them.
  • Encouraging them to seek professional help. Share information about counseling services, support groups, and self-exclusion programs. Offer to accompany them to their first appointment if they are nervous.
  • Setting financial boundaries. Do not lend money or bail out gambling debts. Enabling the behavior by covering losses only allows the problem to continue. Instead, encourage them to speak to a financial counselor.
  • Taking care of yourself. Supporting someone with a gambling problem can be emotionally draining. Consider joining a support group for family members of problem gamblers, such as Gam-Anon.

Underage Gambling Prevention

city4d has a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. All members must be at least 21 years old. We employ age verification technology, KYC checks, and automated monitoring systems to detect and prevent access by individuals under the legal age. If we discover that a member is under 21, we will immediately close the account, void all wagers, and forfeit any balances or winnings. No refunds will be provided.

Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors in their household do not access city4d or other online gambling platforms. We recommend using parental control software, monitoring internet usage, and keeping payment methods (credit cards, bank accounts, e-wallets) secure and out of reach of children.
